I received my PhD in East Slavic Linguistics from the University of Tübingen. After positions at the Universities of hamburg and Greifswald I joined the University of Konstanz in 2020. My expertise is in Slavic Linguistics with a special focus on bilingualism and multilingualism, including Slavic languages as heritage languages in Germany, language conflicts and language policies in the Slavic world.
