I am a Ph.D. in linguistics specializing in language variation and language acquisition in bilingual contexts at the Department of English Language & Literature at the National University of Singapore (NUS). My current research is on the language choice in candidates’ speech during Singapore General Election 2020 from a variationist perspective.
I received my M.A. in English Language and Linguistics from NUS in 2018 and I earned my B.A. in English Language and Literature from Zhejiang University in 2013.
