Jie Yang works for Pama Language Centre as a linguist and ancestral language facilitator. She earned her PhD in Linguistics from the University of Adelaide. The area of research she is involved in is part of a pioneering movement to reinstate language and cultural pride in Indigenous communities everywhere.
