Pip Mackey (MA (Applied Linguistics), GradDipEd (TESOL), BA) has taught English as an Additional Language in community, TAFE and university programs for 20+ years. More recently she has specialised in language and communication training for aged care workers where she has been engaged in research, materials development and training. She is a PhD candidate at the University of Melbourne.
