Saman Jamshidi is a PhD student of Linguistics at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His research interests include sociolinguistics, (migration)discourse, chronotope & identity. Saman has contributed to academic journals, including "Language and Communication," and has presented his studies at international conferences.
