I am a socio- and applied linguist with a focus on southern theory, decolonial pedagogies, and epistemic justice. My work has appeared in journals such as Applied Linguistics, Language and Education, Linguistics and Education, and in edited volumes – most recently, Language and Decoloniality in Higher Education: Reclaiming Voices from the South (Bock and Stroud, eds. 2021, Bloomsbury). I am Series Editor with Vally Lytra of Routledge Critical Studies in Multilingualism.
