I am an Assistant Professor in the School of Education and English at the University of Nottingham Ningbo. I worked as EAP tutor in the UK, Turkey and China, before joining the School of Education and English in 2018. I currently teaches in the areas of sociolinguistics, World Englishes and English as a Lingua Franca, which are also reflective of my current research interests.
