Anne-Marie Moelders is a PhD student at the Sociolinguistics Lab at the University of Duisburg-Essen. In her PhD thesis, she aims to analyze the malleability of quotatives and the phonetic realization of the first-person possessive in a comprehensive and dynamic panel sample that covers the lifespan as a whole. This production research is combined with perception research in Tyneside to explore the indexicalities of the variables.
