Aimee Herubin (she/her) is a third-year PhD candidate at Victoria University of Wellington. Her research centres on the ways in which LGBTQIA+ women vary their pronunciation to construct identities in different social interactions. Aimee is active in Rainbow community groups in Wellington, NZ, and is passionate about incorporating the values and diverse experience of her community into her research practices.
